Working on a customer's system running WinXP Home, doing Virus/Malware removals, etc. Cannot access SafeMode, or any Mode; will not allow me to do anything at all. It just boots into Normal startup. Also discovered that I cannot access the BIOS, or BOOT Menu, to set it to CD first boot.
Is there any kind of workaround for this?
Is my only option to remove the HD and Install it in another system to get to BIOS to change to CD as first boot?
