Possible malware infection, or if it is unable to start, it may mean the malware has been removed, leaving only it's loading path in your list of startup items. If that's the case, you only need to remove that line from your startup list.

You can do that with Ccleaner: http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/

Install Ccleaner & open it.
Click the "Tools" toolbox icon in the left panel, then click "Startup".
Find the line which points to C:\Users\Marge\AppData\Temp\Local\Temp\SRSBYRU\SVBRKTR\Wow.dll
Highlight it.
Click "Delete".

Close Ccleaner
Restart Windows.

Hi, I had the same problem and downloaded Ccleaner but couldn't find the wow.dll file listed in the startup files list. Any thoughts on what to do at this point?

Actually, I was able to solve this by following steps I found on a blog. Thanks!
