Windows 8.1 Install Stops at 14%

I'm trying to clean install Windows 8.1 to my SSD. I'm installing from a flash drive, as I have when installing Windows 7 before on the same system with a different hard drive. It stops at 14%. Every. Single. Time. Any ideas guys?

My RAM is fine. I've used this system on Windows 7 for a few months.

MemTest86+ showed that is was fine. Anything else it could be?

I read around and this seams to be an issue for Flash drive installations. Getting DVDs to burn the ISO to soon.
