I am traveling from Greece to Holland. Do i need to get a voltage converter? The only things i will be plugging are my iphone charger and a hair straightening iron.
Thanks

^+1 most grooming appliances have heater elements that have wattage directly related to their input voltage. When power is calculated it is a square law - doubling the voltage will quadruple the wattage output for the same heating element - almost guaranteeing a fast death.

Forget what I just said - Greece is 220V - Netherlands is 230V - the only thing you may need is an adapter to make you plug fit.
After looking some more - the plug looks the same - the only difference is the frequency and neither device will care. - Happy travels.

Most tablets and phones these days ship with universal power supplies / travel adapters so your iPhone is probably fine - just look at the label (possibly laser-etched) under it, it probably specifies something like a 100-250V input range.

For the iron, you will probably need some form of converter or transformer/variac.
