When i attempt to update my BIOS for my Foxconn G33M02 Mobo it states that my 64bit Windows 7 in the wrong bit type(I'm going to guess that the official BIOS updates are 32-bit).

Could someone suggest how i can update it?, Maybe i missed 64-bit updates or something...
The Foxconn LiveUpdate won't work due to a strange C++ error which i can't fix(installed every C++ i could find), So any help i can be given would be a great help!

The software you have to update the bios must not suppor the 64-bit operating system.
Check their web site for a 64-bit version (or a newer version that supports both)
The other option is making a boot CD. If this is available on their web site you should be able to burn the ISO to a CD and boot from that to update the BIOS.

Well the updates support Vista 64 bit, but no Windows 7 Support at all.
I have no idea how to create a boot-able disk(is a usb acceptable?), i could really do with a "How to Make a Bootable Disc and Flash your BIOS for dummies" guide, could someone guide me through this?

I had a look at the tech support resources for your motherboard.
This model is the G33M. Not sure if the G33M02 is exactly the same.

The last bios update was back in 2008. This is why there is no Windows 7 support.
I can't see a provided bootable BIOS update utility either.
Do you have a specific issue causing you to want to update the BIOS?

I'm upgrading my processor to a SL9PK E8500 which requires the latest BIOS update(so it supports E0 Stepping)
