Odd Frame Drops in BF4

Hello everyone, I just built myself a new PC and have been using it a little bit and I'm very pleased. However in two games of BF4 today I noticed I was getting massive frame drops from around 70 fps to 25, but only for a second. This is an anomaly for me and hasn't happened before, and I'm just confused on what the issue could be. Specs of my pc will be below. This usually doesn't happen but I wanted to see if anyone else had/has issues and if I need to be concerned if this keeps occuring. Thanks!

CPU: FX-6350
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 770
Asus M5A97 R2.0
8GB G.Skill Sniper DDR3 1600
Corsair TX650
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus
Corsair 200R

Could be the game or driver related. My friend had drops like that constantly using to 670's in SLI but thats a whole different game dealing with SLI.

No that's the weirdest part, it was a perfectly fine area. I think it must have been just a random glitch or server issue, idk, just played another game and on ultra it stayed above 60 pretty much the entire time with none of that... will do further testing to make sure...

I played another game and it happened again, although a little less frequently, and the server was pretty laggy too. The weirdest part is all my other games run fine without this issue, I'm going to assume either it's the game or my drivers but the drivers are the most current. Most puzzling.
