That's a bit overkill with the processor. Games won't use past 4 cores so you could save some money there and jump up a tier for your GPU which will net better gaming results. I suggest this, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... . Then you can look at the $250 range for gpu.

Will run just fine.
The 8530 is not overkill at all, but........Newegg has the 8320 on sale for $139 w/promo which can easily be OCed to a 8530and beyond., saving you $60.

FPS isn't the only important thing in gaming. Don't want to start an argument, but 99% of people here will inform you that the 8350 is much better than a 6300.

Well duh it's a better chip, but so is an i5 or i7 and I'm not going to recommend that. Weigh out the benefit of dropping some multi tasking ability from the 8350 to a very capable gaming wise 6300. 8350+hd7870 vs 6300+gtx760 and I'd take the latter for gaming.
