I just upgraded from my Intel HD Graphics to GT 610 because my father didn't allowed me to buy a costly video card.
Most of the new games like AC3, COD MW3 and Far cry 3 runs good on high settings with 1024x768 resolution(CRT MONITOR) but i recently bought Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag and I'm running it on some high and some low setting with 800x600 resolution,(I searched on Internet and it said AC4 isn't a good port for PC, maybe that's the reason why game runs slow)
I just want to know how many more years this graphic card would be able to play modern games

Intel Core i3 540 3.06Ghz
4GB DDR3
Nvidia Geforce 610 GT 3.7GB (actual 2GB)
And yes CRT MONITOR(max resolution 1024x768, my father won't buy a TFT)
