Most likely no. First these devices like cell phones are carrier locked. Next most clear stuff still runs WiMax to do 4G broadband which nobody else adopted. Not sure how much they have gone to LTE. Even if they have LTE Clear and Sprint share the same network so it will use the Sprint frequencies. Sprint frequencies make it highly unlikely you could the device to even operate on one of the other LTE providers
