Hello everybody!
I decided to upgrade my gpu so a friend give me a second nvidia 9800gtx to do sli.
My old mobo doesn't support sli so I decided to buy a motherboard with sli support. After an internet search I found the msi which support 3way sli! I said here we are and I bought it.
When I put the first gpu , the second pcie slot blocked. I said ok, I will put the second gpu to the 3rd pcie slot.when I turned on the pc and played a game, it was no difference . After that I found that the last pcie slot is x4. Is there any possibility to work fine the sli?
Thank you for you time.
Ah, and sorry for my bad English!

Yes but the 2nd slot is blocked by the first gpu :-s
I'm really confused. I will check the manual.

■ I know that and I dont know what to do. So a 3 way sli can work with one gpu x4 or the msi lies.
If first you can put with success 3 gpus with their cooling fans to the slots. Omg this msi...

I've never been a fan of their motherboards but I have had several graphic cards from them that have all been OK.

It does seem odd though that on their specs they list:- Slots

• 3 PCI Express gen2 x16 slots
- supports ATI® Crossfire™
• 2 PCI Express gen2 x1 slots
• 2 PCI slot, support 3.3V/ 5V PCI bus Interface

But they also have the SLi logo on the same page.
