My new AMD CPU looks USED?

So today i just got my AMd FX-6300 in from Amazon, and i open the box. Guess what i see?

The thermal paste is almost gone on the stock cooler, then there is some scratches on the CPU itself.

Here is some pictures i took, i know they are not very clear, but it will do

so should i be worried?

Was the box sealed? Did you actually buy it from amazon or did you buy it from a 3rd party through amazon?

Looks fine to me. There shouldnt be a lot of thermal paste on anything.

Well, send it back if you're unsure about it. They have a pretty good return policy.

Since the pins are not bent, i am going to install it in my motherboard, and since i have a spare Cooler Master 212 EVO. I am going to test this thing out over the weekend, if it is a bit sketchy i am going to sent it back to Amazon for a replacement.
