I have a HP Elite 8300 Desktop PC, its just a normal mini tower. I want a NVIDIA NVS 510 2GB GDDR3 4-Mini DisplayPort Low Profile PCI-Express Video Card. I am sure it is me, but Low Profile sounds like the video card was made for a Small Form Factor workstation. I have seen NICs that have the metal piece at the end, where the connections are, be swappable from a small 3 inch'ish to the normal 4.5 inch'ish piece to fit a SFF or a mini tower. Is that what low profile means for this video card or will it physically fit in the mini tower case? The other requirements like PCIe x16 expansion slot, OS, etc. I understand and am compatible, but the low profile I don't get. Of course there is not a 'non low-profile' option for the NVS510.

Thanks for any advice.
