Hey guys, so I recently built a computer that has a GTX 770 4Gb, 16GB of ram, and an i7 3770k 3.4GHz. But in games its capped at 60fps even with the game's Vsync turned off. I do have a 60GHz monitor but the weird thing is I can get 200fps in minecraft but on any Steam game it won't go above 60fps. Is there anyway to change this? And also, if I turn Vsync off in games it still won't go above 60fps. An answer would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
