having trouble in buying Graphics card

hey guys i'm having trouble.
i'm having P5KPL-AM/PS motherboard which is ddr2 version
i have tested my friends graphics card
1) zotac gt210 1gb ddr3
2) asus's 1gb ddr3
both didn't worked in my PC
and i'm planning to buy a new graphics card which is (GAINWARD GT630 2GB DDR3)
will this graphics card will work for my PC
sys info:-
1) Motherboard P5KPL-AM/PS ddr2
2) 2GB ram ddr2
3) screen resolution 1360x768

plz guys reply fast..!!!! waiting!!!!!!!!!!

Cenation Your motherboard has a PCIe x16 slot so no issues with that. Some old intel motherboards face issue with newer nvidia cards. You can try a friend's ATi card it surely should work, also install the stable drivers. Considering ATi HD 6670 should be great

above all gpus are supported by that motherboard but 31 express chipset is slower so the mobo always slow so i am not recommend to upgrade gpu because of bottleneck . buy a new mobo asus m5a78l-m, processor amd athlon x2 270 @ 3.4ghz , then 2gb x2 1333 mhz ram use u r old hdd and all other components , if u have money change psu . integreated gpu is enough for games at medium to high in 1366x768 monitor .

All three are compatible.
Did you attach the monitor cable to the graphics card? Not to the motherboard when you tried the cards from your friend.

double the cost but stay cool for 3 years warranty period and ddr3 speed . after 2 years think about upgrade gpu.

yes i have attached monitor cable to graphics card only
