Hello, i bit confused about Dolby system my english isn't that good and translation programs only leave wish for the best to search the net. Maybe same one can spare few minutes and explain in short what is Dolby and does all headphone ,speakers ,headsets support them and you just need sound card with that technology or i need have headphones and sound card to use them.
Thank you for your time and answer in advance.

Dolby is a company.
Some headphones support "Dolby 7.1 surround sound", which means they simulate surround sound in the head phones (front, surround, rear, centre and LFE).
Choose USB headphones and you don't need a sound card.
Examples - Logitech G35 (with a cord) and Logitech G930 (wireless).
