Hi all,

I recently RMAed the previous R9 280X Toxic GPU, as I was experiencing severe artifacts. I have since run a 3dmark 11 test on the GPU, and these are the results which are returned.

My system specs are:

CPU - i5 3570
Mobo - MSI H77MA-G43
PSU - Corsair VS650
RAM - 2 x 8GB DDR3 Kingston
GPU - Sapphire R9 280X Toxic

Also, the GPU runs around 50 degrees Celsius idle. This might be due to the hot climate where I live in (32-34 degress Celsius during the day).

Thanks!

Yes, that P-score is normal.

Thanks! Could the high idle temperatures be a problem?

Nope. 30+C room temp is pretty high, so all normal.

If the graphics card starts reaching 90C under load, THEN you need to start worrying. :)

Hey Novuake, thanks a lot for the help. I just played BF4 for 20+ min, and the temperatures were around 65 degrees Celsius. Nothing much to worry about then. Thanks once again! :)
