Building my first PC (Help with Components)

Hello there! So this will be my first time building a computer and i am wondering if all of the following components will work correctly and if they're all compatible with each other in order for me to successfully build it.

Asus GeForce GTX 770 Graphics Card:

Gigabyte Z87-HD3 Motherboard:

Intel Core i5 4670K Quad Core CPU:

Fractal Design Define R4 PC Case:

Corsair Builder Series 750W PSU:

For the next parts i plan to use some old components from my old PC to save a bit of money.

I plan on using a 2TB Hard Drive (SATA Disk Drive)

I plan on using 2 4GB DDR3 RAM Sticks

and my old Optical Disk

So, can anyone tell me if there is anything i should know or if i need to change any of these components because they do not fit/match up, etc. Thanks.

Looks good. No remarks to be made I think
  2. PSU is not that good, and you can go with this case, better than your chosen one :
