New Build freezes out of sleep mode.

Hello All,
I Just finished my new build and my PC freezes coming out of sleep mode.

Mobo: ASRock Z87 Extreme4 LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

CPU:Intel Core i5-4670K Haswell 3.4GHz LGA 1150 84W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics BX80646I54670K

CPU COOLER: ZALMAN CNPS9900MAX-R 135mm Long life bearing CPU Cooler Red LED

RAM:ADATA XPG V1.0 series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model AX3U1600GW8G9-2G

GPU:2X ATI RADEON 4850 HD CARDS

PSU:ULTRA X3 1000W ATX POWER SUPPLY

CASE:Corsair Obsidian 750D Black ATX Full Tower Computer Case

SSD:256G CRUCIAL

HD:1TB SEAGATE

DRIVE:LG Black Blu-ray Drive SATA Model UH12NS30 - OEM

TEMP GUN:Rosewill REGD-TN439L0 Infrared Thermometer

I wiped the pc clean to do a clean install of windows 7 64bit again and when I am down loading windows update after 10min the pc went to sleep and again it froze up.
Thanks for any advice and help on this matter.

this....happens....Even when your OS is corrupted....try to re install a fresh COPY

I will do these test tommrrow. I will update tommrrow on the findings. A friend of mine who also works on pc's said he will look into the bios tommrrow also to see if the hard drive is set to sleep also.

Thanks for the advice but going out and buying a new PSU without pin pointing the problem is not an option. I will try the things Lonewolf7 suggested and look into the bios with my friend before spending anymore cash.
I am purchasing new video cards also and if I need a new PSU I will also purchase that. But until I know what the problem is that purchase is on hold.
