With these spec u can run GT640. At max 640 consumes 48watt which means only 4 amp from the 12v rail and ur cpu will consume about 8 amp. So the total will be 12 amp and u have 19A on 12v rail.

There is another gpu from amd 7750, it performs 40% better than GT640 and consumes same power so if it is in the same price range as 640 then 7750 will be a better choice.
 
@OP why have you posted 5 times in a row?
@Raheel: you haven't considered safety overhead, but still the 640 should run on a 19A rail. And who told you it consumes 48W? it consumes 65W.
@OP However, 80mm fan suggests that you do not get a power hungry graphics card such as the 7770 or anything more than that.
AND Do NOT get the 2GB variant for the 630. You'll be wasting money over VRAM that is never used. Get the 1GB variant.

(No I'm not crazy; 7770 is power hungry compared to the 640 and 7750 atleast.)
