My dell inspiron n5110 gpu/cpu gets to 100 c max and shuts down as I open up a game..but if I do not open a game and if it is idle ...it looks normal and the temp are all good..but when i open up a game with High nvidia processor it only lasts a min with some wierd fan noise, like fan struggles..then the laptop shuts down completely, and then i have to turn it on again.....plzz anyone help... :(

If its overheating like that, then the problem is clearly either the fan (which is possibly not functioning as well as it should) or bad connection from the heatstink.

Dell usually have a diagnostic you can download to see if the fan is working within spec.
