New mother board PC will only turn on for a second.

So I just upgraded my computer with
Asrock 980de3/u3s3 MB
Fx6300 blk edition CPU
Cx600m PSU
2 4 gig sticks of ram
This is my first time ripping my computer apart and replacing this much. When I turn on my power supply from the back switch the computer turns on for a few seconds then shuts off. Everything from fans to lights working. When I try my power button from the front I get nothing. I have even returned the MB and got a new one thinking it was bad. Someone please help I have no idea what else to do.
