Will 750W psu be enough?

Asus b75m plus motherboard
Corsair vengeance 8gb dual channel
Seagate 500gb hard drive
Dvd reader/ writer LG (most cheapest)
Xilence 80mm fan
Can 750W power supply be enough? (Its Called Energon gaming power supply 750W)

750W is way overkill, but you should probably avoid no-name PSUs.
A basic entry level PSU of 450-500W from a reputable brand like Antec, Corsair, Seasonic, XFX would be perfectly sufficent.

Also, Energon is the power source used by Transformers. Hail Megatron.

Even if you plan to overclock literally everything, it's still enough. I have a 750W PSU because I got a great deal on it, and I overclocked my GPU and CPU with several fans in my case. Don't worry about power, I would get a 550W-650W PSU. It's nice to have more leeway because they do degrade in effective power over time.
