I wanted to ask for thoughts on it, particularly in regard to the cooling and any compatibility issues I may have over looked. Thanks in advance.

Now the list looks nice, if you don't mind, I have another thing to say, with a case like HAF X and CPU cooler like CM 212, you wont need a case fan honestly. Perhaps you need a sweater for your case, with too many fans and climate like UK. Anyways good luck.

Thanks for the reply. Do you have a recommendation for another case?

Don't go with RM 850W it is not that good for quality has thermal issues. And go with this cooler :

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.98 @ OutletPC)
Case: Cooler Master HAF X ATX Full Tower Case ($177.55 @ NCIX US)
Power Supply: Corsair Enthusiast 750W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($89.98 @ Amazon)
Total: $297.51
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Yeah I couldn't find that particular power supply. And the budget is relatively flexible but I wouldn't want to go over £200 more than the current total since I still need to get the monitor as well. I'd say the absolute limit is £1900, but its at £1760 at the moment.

Yeah, I didn't see that one. Thanks a lot. Probably a stupid question but the motherboard has its own ethernet and audio ports right? So I could easily cut out the network and sound card to save some money? Are there any other issues or recommendations you can see?

Yes I can see many!

1. You wont need 32GB of RAM, under any circumstances. Normally we people need for gaming and for everyday work and for Graphical job is 8GB of RAM, so 32Gb will be an massive overkill and waste of money.

2. Don't go with a single 3TB HDD, go with 2TB + 1TB. And if you go with 3TB HDD then make the partition as GPT when formatting. Any drive larger than 2.2TB needs to be formatted in GPT. Anyways best HDD money can buy :

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£42.00 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£61.98 @ Aria PC)
Total: £103.98

I thought 32 GB of RAM might have been a bit much, but I think I'm willing to shell out for 16GB at least. And for the HDD if I get two separate ones I think I'd rather get two 2TB one instead since its only £20 extra for another 1TB. Would that cause any problems?

Nope, 2 x 2TB is also a good choice. And what will you do with 16GB of RAM ? RAM needs data to process, from where will you supply that kind of data. No most modern day games needs more than 8GB of RAM. Ok take a look at your Task Manager and look for the RAM usage, you will have a better answer.
More than 8GB of RAM will be like paid employee sleeping whole day long without any job.

And yes, MB has in-built Ethernet and Audio.

And why NZXT ? If you want something solid and want to last for years, HAF X is your best bet.

Okay, I've updated the build based on your recommendations but I stuck to 16GB of RAM cause I figure even if its overkill at the moment,in two or three years it won't be (that was why I had 32GB at first) and its Christmas so I think I can treat myself to some decadence :). If you don't have any other advice then I think I'll go for that build. Thanks a lot for your help.
