My toshiba satellite c650d won't boot. The CPU and lights are working on the motherboard, fans, hdd, DVD but it jus wont boot. swapped memory checked thermal compound, checked monitor and nothing. However I took out the monitor cable and put it in back n it booted twice. But when ever I turn it off to put the screws back on, it doesn't boot, what is there left to do?
