I have a video card already (Nvidia GTX 660). I will change it out at a later date, but its what I will use for now. I have no plans to run SLI.

Computer will be for gaming and watching movies so I want to have a blue ray reader.

If the price can be lowered without great sacrifice it would be great.

That's a nice build, the only thing I can suggest is to get cheaper memory. For gaming, 1600Mhz is more than enough and you wont see an improvement with 1866Mhz.
Heres the ram:

Just to make a note, if you are not overclocking or as you say, don't plan on going sli, you could opt for a cheaper mobo and cpu (non k i5), but as it stands that mobo and cpu are pretty good
