I have a Partition capacity problem on a brand new Lenovo thinkpad.

My brand new Lenovo Thinkpad T530 has a warning: Primary Drive - You are using 87% of your hard drive partition capacity." I tried Disk Cleanup, and no defragmentation is required, so what do I do? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I haven't moved any files over yet from my old computer, so the hard drive isn't full at all -- 411GB free of 450GB (my Windows7_OS (C:) drive). JI assumed because it said "Primary Drive" it meant this one, but maybe it's talking about the Lenovo_Recovery (Q:) Drive -- it has 1.76GB free of 13.6GB. I don't even understand what that drive is/does. Should I take any action?
