i want to know which one is better among AMD FX 9370 Processor and Intel 3.5 GHz LGA1150 4770K i7 4th Generation Processor and also why .

Solution
intel is better at single thread performance, a lot better. amd wins on value (maybe not with the particular cpu) and catches up on very multi threaded workloads where the 8 int cores from amd do better compared to intel's hyperthreading.

edit: intel is also much more efficient due to the 22nm build process compared to amd's 32nm. and overclocks better. the "fx" and "K" mean the same thing, they have unlocked multipliers

Yup, the i7 4770k.

The FX 9370 is essentially just an overclocked FX 8350 (which could be classed as an overclocked FX 8320).
Are you building a gaming rig? If so, you won't need anything that powerful - especially if you're budget conscious.

Intel i7 4770k. reason better architecture. AMD is good at image editing, video rendering (multithreaded applications) that use many threads. But in this case the i7 also has 8 threads equal to the AMD threads, i7 is better.

intel has better ipc, and very good optimization, better manufacturing process..etc etc etc..
So many factor that hard to explain in single post..

Well the whole "core" thing is more or less bull.
The only thing AMD's fx line can follow a i7 4770k and even take the lead is application with a constant predictive integer instructions.
This is applications like streaming, rendering and such.
