Help installing first SSD

Hi everyone, I recently just had my first 128g Sandisk SSD come in the mail, it looks beautiful... but I'm kind of stumped on how to install it. My plan was to just install Windows on it, but how would I go about doing that? Also, I can keep my 1TB hard drive connected right?

The easiest thing... Is likely a lot of work.

Install the drive, make it the primary boot device in the bios.
Install the OS on it. Yup a clean install, and all of your drivers and software too.

When you have it up and running, the old drive will still be there, and have all of your documents on it, but you might want to wipe it just to recover all of the space that the OS and software user to take up.
