I have a core 2 duo (2.80ghz) processor, 3 gb Ram, 32 bit machine, plz suggest me a graphics card... I want to play call of duty black ops 1, gta v, watch dog ....e.t.c

GTA V has not been released on PC yet, with no release date announced just yet. The full watchdogs requirements are not published yet, but it looks like it will require 6GB of ram and a 64 bit OS.
Im sorry to say, but it looks like you will need to upgrade the rest of your computer if you wish to play these new release 'next gen' games. there is no real point sinking a large amount into a graphics card, only to have it bottlenecked by the rest of this system.

Those are some pretty demanding games especially gta v and watch dogs. Your cpu is going to be a limiting factor for the choice of graphics cards and you will probably need more ram 4gb minimum, 8gb recommended, although your operating system limits you.

The best I can think of is a 7770 and maybe a 7790 but I wouldn't go higher than that as you wouldn't get much out of it due to your limitations.

If you are strapped for cash, try overclocking your processor or look for a second hand core 2 quad probably a q9650

You should get a radeon hd 7790 because any better graphics card than it won't be of any profit as your motherboard is most likely to have 1.0x16 pci-e slot and the main reason will be your cpu which is pretty old will bottleneck your gpu (means hold back it's performance).
