I have recently bought a GTX 770 for my computer.
I have successfully installed it into my PC but now it won't let me get into my bios to do the remaining set up.
Here is my motherboard and PSU: Gigabyte GA-Z77-DS3H motherboard
OCZ 650w Power Suply

I can't find out a solution to this, any help would do greatly .

1 Long, then 3 Short Beeps:
Video error
Explanation: The BIOS is unable to access the video system in order to write any error messages to the screen.
Diagnosis: This is usually caused by a problem with the video card, or the memory on the video card. It can also be a motherboard issue.

Is it in the right slot?
Are the power connectors plugged into the card?
Is it possible that the PCI Express slot you are using is broken?
