Hello everyone. I was wondering how I find out if HDD or SSD is my operative system? And if my harddrive is on my operative system and not my SSD, how do I change? I got a boot time of 20 seconds on windows 8.1. But before it was only 8 seconds!
Basically your C:/ drive is for OS. So I think the C:/ drive is your SSD. Rest of the drive/s are HDD.
First check this.
Well, when I restart my PC it takes only 5 seconds. But when I clicked on my HDD on my computer it stood "this file si empty" but on my SSD it stays "fraps, intel, windows, windows old, users, etc.
If you are talking about formatting and installing, then you will need a bootable media(DVD/USB). Don't forget to backup important data's before formatting.
