I would recommend the NZXT Phantom 630. This is the one I have and I love it. It has fully modular hard drive cages, comes with 3 200mm fans and one 140mm fan, with support for 8 140mm, 9 120mm fans, and 4 200mm fans (not all at once, of course) for 10 fans total.. It also is a mice, very large full tower, with support for 8 Hard drives (8 SSDs and 6 HDDs) with fully modular hard drive bays., can support 4 Radiators simultaneously, has 2 USB 3.0, 2 USB 2.0, Headphone and Microphone Jack, single-channel 3-speed 30W fan controller, SD card slot, and 4 5.25 in. bays, all on the front panel. On the back it has 9 Expansion slots, and a rear I/O led for the Motherboard cutout and expansion slots. ON the side it has a window, and on the other side it has 30+mm cable area. It also supports ATX, MicroATX, and XL-ATX motherboards. Wow, I just realized how much I sound like I work in the advertising department at NZXT... lol.

Might check out the corsair 400r, its cheaper than the budget you have listed, and a great case. Easy to assemble, great airflow, placement for up to 10 fans, lots of room for big video cards, and personally, i think its a great looking case.

If you're looking for a really stylish mATX case that can fit everything you need and have a top mounted water cooling radiator then the Corsair 350D is SUPERB and you save a bit of cash :p  ....You have a choice of a lovely window ( I have the windowed version and I LOVE IT ) or not... Still a great case with excellent airflow and lovely esthetics :)
