First build, how do the parts i've chosen look?

This is my first build for fps gaming, video editing and Photoshop. I have a budget of about £740 and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on how my part choices look. I have not selected a case because I'll be able to use my brothers old one as he's upgrading his PC. I'm NOT planning to over clock just to clarify. My main concerns are whether the PSU is sufficient as i know the 8350 is a very power hungry Processor, and what features am i losing by choosing a 970 MOBO? Thanks! :)

Thats a good build for the price .
The mb you have chosen is one of the best 970 chipset boards .

The FX has a reputation as being poiwer hungry but in normal day to day use it is close enough to the intel quads that it will make no difference . Under full load and esp overclocked it is a little hungry but those situations are rare anyway for a processor . Even then it will be absolutely fine with your 550 watt psu
