Hi
For the hdd you should get the 1TB hdd and an 120GB SSD and put windows and heavy games and programms on the SSD. That would really speed up your pc.
If you dont want to buy an ssd just get the 2TB. More storage is always better. But 1TB should also be enough
For the RAM
I dont think they are very different. Just get the cheapest one to save money.
For the Case.
Just get the one that looks the most awesome ;)
For the cooler.
Sorry but i really cannot help you with that i have never had an extra cooler.

I hope i could help :)

Hey there, as tino stated above, I would also go with the SSD + HDD options instead of the 2TB option, but that's just me.

For the rest of it, since I do like the Clean shape of Corsair Cases, and since I had never had any problems with Corsair, and their support is still one of the best ones in the market, i would suggest to take the Vengeance, the Carbide and the PSU, although I would get the CX500M, since it is modular and will improve on your cable management.

Also, I believe you forgot, but you did not post the VGA you are willing to use with this rig..
