amd fx 4100 problems

hello, i have this problem since i bought this pc... when i do stress cpu test it start fine but when it reach 50 C temp it goes to 30% of all cpu work .... the same is on games .... i dont know what to do maby some of the bigest mind in here will help me .... thanks for everyting there is the video whit RM, heavy loaded, cpuid hwmonitor and cpu z .... thanks again for any help.

I can't watch the video from work, so I can't say with 100% certainty, but it sounds like it is thermally throttling. Make sure your CPU heatsink in firmly attached and stable and that the thermal interface material is in good shape. Also, make sure there isn't anything extra stuck between them.

thanks for ansvering but sorry this didnt helped... i changed all thermall everything looks good but it still doing the same ....
