So i recently upgraded my OS plus Origin for games on my new SSD. I set my BIOS to AHCI with only the SSD plugged in and set up windows. That all worked fine. Now when i go to plug in my two HDD's and set the SATA mode to RAID, the OS wont boot. So i changed it back to AHCI and it booted up, it detected only one of my other hard drives, so i downloaded intel rapid storage technology, and rebooted... somehow it magically put my two HDD's into a raid (i think anyways.) They are two 500g drives, and i have an E: drive that has 976 (or so) gigs free. Yay? Well im getting a warning from intel rapid storage technology, heres a screenshot of whats coming up.

My concern is that i have it set up improperly and im going to damage/loose data on all of my drives. All seems to be working well however. I am able to put data on both drives, and the SSD is running very fast. I just want to ensure longevity of my parts. Thanks for all the help guys!
