motherboard : Gigabyte G41-MT s2p
video card : SAPPHIRE HD 7750 2GB ddr3

note that i dont care if games run in low as long as i use my 1366x768 resolution and i'm no expert :)

Your CPU is a dual core, the consoles have 8 cores. Games will be coded for 4-6+ cores (assuming 1-2 cores are used for o/s and background functions like downloading games or streaming or TV etc).

The consoles use ddr5 ram for both cpu and gpu. Yours is a bit slower on the cpu and gpu side.

Wait for the new console ports to come out, look at the specs, check out benchmarks on toms and then go from there. You're most likely building a new machine from scratch.

It would be cheaper for you to just buy a console.
