OK so, anything I need to know, I'm pretty good with computers, but there's something to learn everyday and I'm pretty open minded, like for example I just recently learnt that you need to touch your computer case before you touch components because your shock can damage them, or you need thermal paste for cpu cooler, things like that, or things I need to do or follow to avoid anyhing risky.

Read the motherboard manual.
Take your time. There's no rush.
Read the motherboard manual.
Be firm, but not over-powering when installing RAM/Expansion cards.
ALWAYS touch a metal component of the case before reaching into it. Just get into that habit.
Read the motherboard manual.
There are a plethora of online videos for computer builds. Feel free to take a time out and watch some (again, there's no rush).
And finally, read the motherboard manual.

Thanks, lol I really hate reading manual, can it be skipped if I watch guides and tutorials on how to install components, found few videos where they use same model motherboard, possible?

You should get into the habit of checking the motherboard manual instead of just relying purely on instructional videos. To be on the safe side, always cross-reference the video you're watching with your motherboard manual to ensure everything checks out.
