Buzzing noise coming from my computer

When I start a game, there is a buzzing noise coming from my speakers (even if they are muted). So I thought it was the speakers or cables, so I opened my computer's case and found out that the sound is coming from inside my computer.

I'm not sure if it is the graphic card or my psu. The funny thing is that my psu is already making a weird noise (like a working hard disk), so I am assuming it is my graphic card because it only happens when I start a game.

I just finished building my PC 1 week ago, I'm not sure if the noise was back then or not. I started to notice the sound yesterday.

I don't mind the noise (already dealing with my psu noise), but I'm pretty scared right now that either my psu/graphic card or motherboard is dying, I want to prevent that.

I asked about my psu's voltages already, but I'm second-guessing myself: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1920305/weird-noise-psu-voltages-fine.html

Here are the voltages for my graphic card:
Code:
VIN0	0.825v	1.138v

I uploaded the sound my computer is making: http://www.mediafire.com/download/njgxdb7qbkrmaxb/2.wma
(In the sound file, there are 2 sounds, psu and graphic card. PSU sound is like a hard disk while graphic card sound is like a buzzing noise)

How can I be 100% sure my computer is not dying? Please help.

Specs:
Motherboard Gigabyte Z77-D3H
Processor: i7 3770 3.4ghz
Graphic card: XFX HD7850
PSU: XFX Pro 750w Core edition

Its simple to test weather is something dieing or not, but i dont thing so. This sound is made my one of your coolers now to test it i would run several tests. For testing your GPU download program called Furmark and test it watch your temparatures and put your ear near the graphic card and see weather its buzzing. You could also touch it to see is it vibrating. After doing that download program called OCCT and run a OCCT : PSU test then also bring your ear near the psu and listen, you can also touch PSU to see weather is it vibrating. After u finish test say me what happens. Good Luck

Ok, I will do those 2 tests.

By the way, I just noticed when I turn off/on the PSU (the I/O switch), I hear a bump noise from the speakers when they are on, is this bad?

I think that your PSU fan is a problem. Its a bit noisy so its sending vibreations to sound card which is providing buzzing sound on your speakers. You can simply take your PC to a local shop and say them to change your PSU fan. But if u dont mind on that problem you can live with it its not dangerous until your PSU FAN die. Good Luck
