Is this FX6300 setup okay?

CPU: AMD FX-6300
Motherboard: ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0
Case: Bitfenix Merc Alpha
PSU: Corsair CX430M 430W
Storage: Seagate Barracude 500GB/1TB 7200 RPM
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Tactical 8GB DDR3-1600 LP CL8
GPU: MSI R7850-2GD5/OC
DVD: Liteon Ihas124

I can however consider a Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 2gb gpu or a Sapphire Radeon R270 over the 7850 OC 2gb. I hope the PSU is okay? Overall I want to know if this setup will keep the PC in healthy condition and if the components are 100% compatible ofcourse. Thanks in advance.

XFX 550W PSU, I would recommend getting that PSU. Gives you ample amount of head room.

If I'm not mistaken, the 270 is a rebranded 7850, so you would be better off with whatever is cheaper if it were just between those two cards. If you're looking for a bit more graphics power, the 270x or the 7870 would be better options.

I would suggest getting this motherboard instead
ASUS M5A97 R2.0
Also get at least a 500w PSU.

If you can afford the R9 270X then get it

Thanks for the simple answers, It's pretty much all I needed to know. Trying to keep the budget as low as possible, yet always going for quality. I will definitely take the suggestions into account.

Think definitely need a better PSU, that's only got 384 volts on the 12 Volt rail, AMD rig w/ a 7850 I normally suggest a decent 500
