I think this is one of the new china rising expansion maps, right?
If that is the case I wouldn't worry about your system. It looks like these expansion maps are so rushed for release that they are not optimized for performance or debugged very well. I was choppy terribly on one of the new maps as well and was spawning inside of rocks with bugs/glitches galore.

It will get fixed in time as they patch BF4 over the next 2 to 3 months.

Is this happening with nVidia and AMD GPUs?

Win8 is said to give a Max of 10frames more, That's not a real solution...
You should test the GPU on a rig with components that don't bottleneck the GPU (if you get better performance its your system (eg motherboard), if not the gpu is faulty) or try a different GPU with your setup (if you get unusual fps with that GPU your system is the problem)

BF4 right now gets better fps with hyper threading off for some reason, crisis 3 does better with HT. Windows 8 will also give you a boost. You also need to un-park your cores, it's really easy. Anyway keep us posted!

my rig doesn't bottleneck my gpu, but it can be something else with my rig, it is just that i get good frames on any other game.

No it doesn't bottleneck at all...
Probably the game (its has bad/no optimisation :D ) or nvidia drivers (latest versions aren't as good as they used to be)

it may be, but now i am getting good frames on silk road (china rising dlc) and bad on zavood 311. So i have no idea what is going on, and in my game session it was like the gpu just shut down because i got like 10 frames in 15 seconds and it was all god after that :/

Hey friend, not sure if you still have issues here. But try to set your in game resolution settings on BF4 one click less, it should still be 1080p but 59.4Hz instead of 60.00. Let me know your results!!! good luck

Hello. I will try that, but one thing I found out was that I had battlescreen running on my second monitor and that took like 30-40 fps from me, it made it unplayable, and when i closed it everything was fine, but i still get quite low fps, so I will try what you recommended, Thanks

You could always try the Direct X Fix.

Navigate to where your BF4 is installed. For me its E:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4\__Installer\directx\redist

Yours may be C:\ if you only have one drive.

Run DXSETUP from that folder and see if you get increased performance.
