low budget graphic card

Looking advice on upgrade of Graphic Card. This is an old PC that I put a X700 Pro 256mb card in. (PCI express)

My Daughter only plays Minecraft (which lags abit but playable) and Binweevils.

Spec
AMD Athlon 64 4000+
Ram 2Gb
250 Watt PSU

I want to upgrade the Graphics Card but don't want to replace the PSU and considering how old the x700 surely any card would be an upgrade?

However which card would be the most beneficial for the cheapest price?

G210 £23
5450 £26
GT610 £26
6450 £33
Gt620 £34

Any card I get get will not have passive cooling.

IF those are the most intensive games she plays, the 620 will be just fine. Although it SUGGESTS that the 620 be run on a system with at least 300w PSU.

If he put an R7 240 he wouldn't have to upgrade anything else, but I realized that the cheapest R7 240 is almost £50. I'd say go to the GT 620

Yeah, even the 620 might be overkill for minecraft...which can be easily played on integrated graphics.
