How big of a PSU do I need?

I would like to know if XFX Core Edition 80+ 750W PSU be enough for my system.
Mobo-ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0
CPU- Procesor AMD FX-Series X8 8350
Hard drive- HDD Seagate 1TB, Serial ATA III, 7200 rpm, DESKTOP SSHD,8GB SSD
GPU- XFX R9 280X-TDBD, Black Edition
SSD- Kingston SSD 120GB HyperX
Case- Fractal Design Define XL R2
CPU COOLING-H110

750 watt is slightly overkill but would be fine . you could also go for a 500 to 600 watt one .

always get a bigger psu than you need 750 is perfect.

Good to know, I will be overclocking as well so I dont mind extra wattage.
