Windows loops at Startup

Recently I have installed a new Mobo/Ram/Processor. (products below)
Upon startup windows crashes midway through booting, and gives no BSOD.
The unit simply restarts and windows fails to load.
I have tried using my old and new video card/RAM. The same issues occur either way.
I have also done individual RAM testing (1 stick at a time) with no effect

So far it has been one hell of a night, any suggestions/tips? :??:

Thank you in advance.

Mobo: AsRock B85 Pro4
CPU: Intel i7 4770k
Ram: G.skill 8Gx2 @1600

Yeah you have to do a full reinstall of Windows. If you install new hardware on an existing Windows installation it will do that every single time because it will look for the existing hardware. It won't do anything until you reformat your primary drive and do a full reinstall.
