Usually folks refer to the ability to change out & install disc drives when they say "tool less." So, yes in this case IS....

Screw-less Design for Drive Bays The Rosewill BLACKHAWK features 3x 5.25" and 7x 3.5’’ tool-less drive bays plus 8x expansion slots for great expandability and quick setup. The HDD trays support 3.5” or 2.5” HDD/SSD.

You will need a Philips screw driver if you want to remove fans or install a power supply or motherboard of course....

Thanks mate! Its 20$ of right now. So i think i decided on the case i want :)
