whats the native resolution of your monitor and are you getting black borders or overlapped edges?

Check the monitor if it has its own scaling options and check the resolution is at native setting.

Change the resolution to non-native setting and see if the option is useable.

mitsubishi 82 inch. i fixed it kind of. i had to lower my resolution and fidle with the over/underscan and then change my resolution again, had to do that a few times for it to let me change the over/underscan of the screen in 1080.

Having a quick look on the internet, seems there's a few models but noticed there's a tone of menu options. While using the Intel graphics, were you using the zoom option on the remote, if so, wouldn't be enough, check the tv menu.

Like my tv, it has built in scan modes for over/under-scan which isn't found on the remote.

I would check the menus, possibly a dot by dot mode or similar as im seeing this as a feature of this tv shown here
