Looking for fan/radiator advice on watercooling

I am going to be moving my current system into the Corsair 540, and water cooling it. I don't mind hearing the fans a little bit, but I want it to be pretty quiet. So far, I've had a hard time choosing fans or a triple 120mm radiator. I also don't quite know how to maximize the performance of my fans with a good radiator. I read the stickey, but still don't know how to decide. I've seen pictures of the noctua fans in the air 540 case, and personally don't feel their superior performance and silence is their aesthetics (I'm aiming for a blue color scheme).

Radiator fans you want to have a high Static Pressure (laymans terms, how hard it pushes air) rather than CFM (amount of air moved in a free airflow environment). Generally the thicker the rad and higher the FPI, the stronger a fan you want as the resistance to airflow increases.

List of good radiator fans
- Noctua NF-F12's (the best, but ugly as colour scheme as you have pointed out)
- Silverstone Air Penetrators
- Scythe Gentle Typhoon 1650's
- Corsair SP120's (the Air 540 comes with a couple of OEM versions of these, no coloured ring and rubber mount, but otherwise identical)
- XSPC Xinrullian series (what I use, not as good as the others but far cheaper).

Do you know of some sort of optimal Static pressure to FPI to Radiator thickness ratio that I could use to choose a radiator?
