I only have 300-400 dollars max, I'm 14 don't get money much. I'm just trying to get a computer to play mostly Free To Play MMOs or MOBAs, like smite, WoW, DCUO, games that are generally low profile. I'm not really in a high income house hold. I have a VGA monitor, along with a keyboard and mouse so I'm set on those fronts. Tell me if this list I complied is good, I only have access to Amazon as that's where a good 100 dollars of my money is from. I have very little spending room. Unless someone would like to throw some free parts my way, lmao.

Looks good so far, I'd change the hard drive for this one:
http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Spinpoint-3-5-Inch-Intern...
1TB at almost the same price.
Unless you're gonna get a Video Card as well then you could avoid buying the PSU if money is really an issue, else go ahead with it.

So since $100 is from Amazon, can you use the other $200-300 at another retailer?
Here would be an amazon build:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks
CPU: AMD A10-6800K 4.1GHz Quad-Core Processor ($129.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 Micro ATX FM2 Motherboard ($59.91 @ Amazon)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($39.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($59.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Fractal Design Core 1000 USB 3.0 MicroATX Mid Tower Case ($35.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($44.99 @ Amazon)
Optical Drive: LG GH24NS95 DVD/CD Writer ($20.85 @ Amazon)
Total: $391.71
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)
(Generated by PCPartPicker 2013-12-14 00:07 EST-0500)
Bigger HDD, better quality case.
You can use the Antec psu with this build if you like.
If you can use other retailers and spend the $100 at amazon, you could get a better build.

Using both Amazon and Newegg:
-Doubled the RAM.
-Switched the processor to an Athlon x4 750k. There's no iGPU on this.
-Added a discrete gpu for better gaming performance.

It's definitely not as strong as the Athlon 750k build, but this is the best you can do for $400 before rebates.
I would definitely try to get the 750k build if you can.

Raidmax cases and psu are very low quality.
You can do this but it's still $17 over your budget:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks
CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 750K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($79.98 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: MSI FM2-A75MA-P33 Micro ATX FM2 Motherboard ($54.99 @ Microcenter)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($34.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($59.99 @ NCIX US)
Video Card: PowerColor Radeon HD 7750 1GB Video Card ($89.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Fractal Design Core 1000 USB 3.0 MicroATX Mid Tower Case ($35.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($44.98 @ OutletPC)
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE DVD/CD Writer ($16.98 @ OutletPC)
Total: $417.89
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)
