Can I MAX Crysis 3?

Hi I hope I hope i posted this in the right section.
I want to know if I can play Crysis 3 at MAX graphics settings. Here is my system:

Asus Rog Tytan G30 PC
Windows 8 64 Bit
Intel Core i7 4770K 3.5 GHZ (I can over clock to 3.9 and 4.1 ghz with a button)
16 GB RAM
128 Solid State Drive
GeForce GTX 770 Graphics Card (2-4 GB not sure exactly)

I want to play Crysis 3 and Dead Space 3 at max settings, please let me know how this PC will do

Max crysis at 1080p? sure. with playable FPS? borderline. according to this benchmark: http://alienbabeltech.com/main/gtx-770-4gb-vs-2gb-tested/3/ you'll get about 36 FPS

What does anti aliasing exactly do? I'm not too familiar with pc graphics settings just recently switched to pc gaming
Does anti aliasing give a noticeable difference or just minor?

Anti-Aliasing smooths jagged edges. Yes it does make a big difference.
