Wierd fps drops on bf4

Lately on bf4 i have been getting major fps drops that have been resulting in some annoying lag.
At some times i have 106 fps on high-ultra graphics but when it seems when i look in certain directions, usually far distances or while im in the middle of the map my fps drops to about 45-55.
I am using an i5-3570k at 4.2 ghz and a sapphire hd 7970 overclocked at 1125 mhz for the gpu clock and 1465 memory clock. This has been happening for a week or so. Also this has been happening on only a few maps such as siege of shanghai and hainan resort so i dont think its a problem with my computer.

well the games of today are just bad code and bad game play] and the john carmacks of the haydays are gone. the last few games i tryed were more movie then game, look at all the issues with bf4 to start with . it could be on there end with server load or seeing how the buggy the game is you know it is as buggy for then on there end also, i dont support games that require 3ed party involvment [steam, origen whoever]or internet connection required. cause now you dont know if its you or them . looks like you got a nice rig and should handle things well. i'd for now call it there end.

It happens when im playing conquest on multiplayer.
